Standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within Accra, and 3–10 business days for other regions. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6.3 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free delivery may be available on orders meeting a specified minimum value, as communicated on the website from time to time.

6.4 Risk and Title

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes upon receipt of full payment.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

7.1 Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
You received the wrong product.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned unless they are defective.

For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a store credit or product exchange in lieu of a cash refund.
